My room faced the road, and the noise was constant. the windows didn't open enough, so fresh air was limited. the soundproofing was poor too. I could hear everything going on in the bar below.

the bed was comfortable and large. complimentary dessert was delivered upon arrival, and breakfast followed the next morning. the service was perfect, and all staff members were polite.
the room lacked air conditioning, a considerable inconvenience given the warm weather. noise from a nearby function was also disruptive. i had a terrible night's sleep.

I found the staff at the front desk very pleasant. My room had many pillows, which I liked. The bathrooms includes high standard fixtures and fittings. The price seemed reasonable for what I got.
I noticed some noise coming through doors connecting rooms. It seemed like noise leaked from the neighboring room. This impacted my sleep a bit.
